The Habits Of Highly Effective Dispute Resolvers – December 2021
The first program of the series occurred last spring and was an overwhelming success. This second program in the series will highlight the Securities Disputes Committee and will feature Jenice Malecki, Blaine Bortnick, and Ellen Slipp who will discuss habits and practices to which they attribute their success in developing prospering ADR practices as neutrals and advocates within the securities dispute resolution field. The panel discussion will include an opportunity for Q & A.
The second part of the evening will include a speed networking opportunity among the attendees. Previous attendees have commented that the speed networking provided a novel and fun way to get to know the other attendees. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to hear from successful practitioners as well as to meet others across the NYSBA membership spectrum. This program will be valuable both for neutrals and for advocates both experienced and new to ADR processes.
