The Class Action and Private Litigation Committee will host a panel exploring the state of affairs of the Illinois Brick rule prohibiting damages actions by indirect purchasers under federal antitrust law, examining the history of Illinois Brick and its exceptions and how it is being applied in a modern economy that includes digital and two-sided marketplaces.
