Three panels of experienced practitioners will present an informative discussion of real-world practice in the ever-expanding world of Dispute Resolution
This is the Dispute Resolution Section's Virtual Annual Meeting 2024 Event

The first panel on Dispute Prevention will focus on tools and processes that stakeholders from various industries can incorporate in their project and transaction planning to address conflict and avoid escalation to dispute: Dispute Prevention: Lessons From the Industries. The second panel will explore potential use of collaborative law processes in family law, corporate law, and employment law: Breaking Up is Hard to Do: Potential Uses of Collaborative Law in Family, Corporate and Employment Situations. Finally, the third panel will elicit user feedback to target best practices in the two leading mechanisms of Dispute Resolution: ADR Through the Eyes of Users – What Works and What Doesn’t
