Understanding The AAA-ICDR Virtual Hearing Guide For Arbitrators And Parties (Webinar)
Prior to the pandemic, the AAA-ICDR had been conducting documents only and virtual hearings using several online platforms. There has been an obvious interest and increase in virtual hearings since the pandemic. Accordingly, the AAA-ICDR updated and issued extensive guidelines for virtual hearings, the AAA-ICDR Panelist Resource Guide for Virtual Hearings. Two AAA-ICDR Vice Presidents from domestic and international divisions will discuss these guidelines and current state of conducting virtual arbitration and mediations.
