Writing A Persuasive Amicus Brief On Appeal
This CLE will explore how lawyers can write persuasive and impactful amicus briefs in both state and federal courts. Led by the team who recently wrote the amicus brief for the New York State Bar Association at the United States Supreme Court, this CLE will explore how to research and write amicus briefs either as a solo or in a group of lawyers. By better understanding the process, any attorney can add this work to their practice to provide additional services to clients or to better fortify your pro-bono practice.
