Competition in the Global Economy: Evolving Antitrust Challenges
Technology impacts virtually every business in our global economy. This program will explore some new legal challenges that have surfaced in the government’s recent enforcement of the antitrust laws against Big Tech’s competitive practices that could ultimately impact companies’ online advertising, search services and text searching; licensing of standard essential patents; and social media – including for your own company.
