Matrimonial Trial Institute: A Mock Financial Trial (2019)

This fast-paced program will be almost all demonstration by experienced matrimonial lawyers performing direct and cross examinations of a husband, wife, and experts in a simulated case involving real estate and a closely-held business. Judges on the faculty will rule on evidentiary issues, when necessary, in the course of this simulated trial. Learn valuable tips and strategies for getting material into evidence (or keeping it out!) while educating the judge on its importance and applicability in the case. Time has been allotted within each topic for audience questions and commentary by the faculty. Gain a fresh understanding of proven trial techniques and styles successfully utilized by matrimonial lawyers on the faculty.
