Important Information Regarding VA Accreditation

Attorneys must be properly accredited by the Veterans Administration before they may assist Veterans before the VA. *This two-part program series qualifies for VA Accreditation. You must receive your accreditation prior to these webinars for the CLE to be used for accreditation compliance.

 

The process to apply for accreditation currently takes 45-120 days, on average. The requirements to obtain and maintain accreditation are detailed in 38 C.F.R. §14.629. For more information, please click here.
