This program will discuss the basics of workers’ compensation, New York State disability benefits, Social Security disability benefits, No-Fault, FMLA, Paid Family Leave, Crime Victims Compensation, Long Term Disability benefits, and disability retirement benefits, as well as the interrelationship and offsets among the various programs. There will be a 5-minute break during the program.
