Supreme Court Annual Update: What a Difference the 6 to 3 Makes

Professor Bonventre will again review the major developments at the Supreme Court during the immediate past term. As usual, he will explore the emerging patterns in the voting records of the Justices and the decisional record of the Court as a whole, with particular focus on the impact of the Court's 6-3 conservative majority. Professor Bonventre will also survey the Supreme Court’s major decisions this past term, and he will review decisions of the newest appointee, Ketanji Brown Jackson.
