Program Description: One hour will be a comprehensive review of VA advocacy and will meet the requirements for VA Attorney Accreditation. Review of Compensation benefits and pension available to Veterans. How to add Veterans advocacy to your practice. The second portion will cover Equitable tolling of appeal deadlines for more advanced practitioners.
